Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Request for approval of a certificate of appropriateness to allow the construction of an exterior stairway on the side of a house FILE: CA-1210 STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends denial of the exterior stairway. Randy and Kathy Gallier are making storm-related repairs to their second story deck and constructing an exterior stairway to the deck on their house at 2510 Evalon.
