Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Request for a certificate of appropriateness to allow the painting of a house FILE: CA-1398 STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends Richard James Jr. has requested a certificate of appropriateness to allow the painting of his house at 2325 Long. Mr. James states that the body of the house will be white. The trim will be painted (Sherwin Williams 6508) with accents painted (Sherwin Williams 6797). Sec. 30-21.2 of the Zoning Ordinance states approval of the colors must be based on their appropriateness to and compatible with the structure, blockface and the historic district.
