driveway

STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of an asphalt, concrete
or masonry paver circular driveway.
Laura Veazia has applied for a certificate of appropriateness to allow
the construction of a circular driveway in the front of her home at
2172 Evalon.
Ms. Veazia states that they have always had a circular drive. Upon
inspection of the property, staff found that the existing driveway does
not meet the Historic District paving standards. Ms. Veazia has piles
of gravel now sitting on the driveway which appear intended for the
driveway.
The Historic District regulations require any parking area to paved
with asphalt, concrete or masonry pavers.
