The Planning Manager recommends approval.
Shaun Roberts has applied for a certificate of appropriateness to allow
the construction of a circular driveway in the front yard and a two
car parking space behind the house. The property is located at 2655
Gladys.
Mr. and Mrs. Roberts were granted a certificate of appropriateness to
construct a new house on the subject property. Mr. Roberts states
that the driveway and parking area material will be asphalt to match
the existing driveway.
