The Planning Manager recommends approval.
Pam Loiacano has applied for a certificate of appropriateness to allow

the demolition of a residential structure at 985-87 N. 3.
Ms. Loiacano states that the structure was tagged as substandard on
June 22, 2007. The current property owner has not enrolled in a
work repair program. The structure has 33% or more damage of
supporting members. Ms. Loiacano states that the structure is
suitable for rehabilitation.
Sometime in the past, a two-story apartment addition was
constructed on the north end of the house. The addition has
destroyed any historical significance the original structure may have
had. The structure is not listed in the SPARE Beaumont Survey.
