STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval.
Pam Loiacano, City of Beaumont Demolition Coordinator, has applied
for a certificate of appropriateness to allow the demolition of a
residential structure at 2601-05 Hazel. The structure was tagged as
substandard on May 8, 2006. The owner is the same as 2355 Rusk
and 35 Minor. The owner never enrolled in a work repair program.
The structure has 50% or more damage of non-supporting members.
Ms. Loiacano states that the structure is not suitable for rehabilitation.
The structure is not listed in the SPARE Beaumont Survey.
