porch

STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval.
Tamiko Judge has applied for a certificate of appropriateness to allow
a front porch on the front of the house at 2145 Pecos.
The porch was added without any building permits or a certificate of
appropriateness. However, the porch does compliment the house.
The house is not listed in the SPARE Beaumont Survey.
