STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval subject to the following
condition:
1. Remove the brick along the front and sides of the house.
Saul Diaz has applied for a certificate of appropriateness to
allow for the construction of a new house. The property is
located at 2165 Liberty.
The house, as proposed, would have brick veneer on the front
and on approximately 3' along the side. The rest of the house
