This product is a fabricated wood siding with a coating that protects the piece from the elements. It is then embossed with a cedar grain pattern The proposed windows will be aluminum frame one over one. The proposed roof shingles are Owens-Corning 20 year composite in the Weatherwood color. The paint color will be ICI Paints A Highland Plains @, which is a beige. Other houses in the block are typically wood frame. The house is listed in the 1990 SPARE Beaumont survey. SPARE states that the house was built c. 1928 and is of the Colonial Revival style with a Craftsman influence. The house is typical of middle class housing built in Beaumont in the 1920's and 1930's.
