SUBJECT: Request for a certificate of appropriateness to allow the
construction of a garage/carport

STAFF REPORT
Saul Diaz, the property owner, has applied for a certificate of
appropriateness to allow the construction of a garage/carport to the
side of his home at 2165 Liberty.
Mr. Diaz constructed a new house at this address. He would now like
to add a garage/carport on the west side of the house. The windows,
siding and roof material on the addition will all match those on the
house. The new addition will be painted to match the colors of the
existing house.
The Planning Manager recommends approval.
