structure

STAFF REPORT
Boyd Meier, Building Official, has applied for a certificate of appropriateness to allow
the demolition of a residential structure located at 2475 Rusk St.
Mr. Meier states that the structure was tagged on September 13, 2013. The inspection
report states that the structure has extensive deterioration and termite damage. Based on
the extensive repairs needed, staff is recommending the structure be demolished. All
damaged electrical wiring and electrical fixtures would need to be replaced.
The house is not listed in the SPARE Beaumont Survey.
