FILE: CA-2375 STAFF REPORT Staff recommends denial of the request. Jose Ponce Villegas & Ignacia Meza are asking to pour an 8 foot wide concrete parking space in the front yard of his home at 2125 Evalon. Mr. Villegas states that maneuvering in and out of the existing narrow drive, with multiple vehicles, is difficult. He feels the additional parking space would relieve their parking issues. The house is not listed in the SPARE Beaumont Survey. Exhibits are attached.
