FILE: CA-2548 STAFF REPORT Staff recommends approval of the request. David Bradley, on behalf of John Reckart, is requesting 2 new concrete driveways for the duplex located at 2127 Laurel Street. The existing driveways on the property are rock and shale, extending from concrete aprons. The aprons were poured when Laurel was improved nearly 20 years ago. These driveways would provide paved off-street parking for the two units. The property is not listed in SPARE. Exhibits are attached.
