FILE: CA-2529 STAFF REPORT Staff recommends approval of the request. David Bradley, representing The One, Inc., is actively trying to correct a roof leak for the property he represents at 2485 Hazel. Several attempts have been made to repair the roof as is, to no avail. Mr. Bradley's solution is to add a 3rd peaked gable, matching the 2 to either side. Every effort is being made to ensure the new gable, and it's trim, will match the other 2 gables. The property is listed in the 1991 SPARE Beaumont Survey. SPARE states that the house was built c. 1938. The house is listed as an interesting manifestation of the Tudor Revival style. Exhibits are attached.
