STAFF REPORT
Staff recommends approval with the following conditions:
1. The columns match the design and scale of the pilasters on the house.
2. The porch columns must meet set back requirements.
Noel Jaimes would like to add a front porch to his property located at 2520 Liberty Avenue. The
porch would have a flat roof, and columns to match the existing pilasters on the house. The
porch would be painted to match the house.
The property is not listed in SPARE.
