FILE: CA-2486 STAFF REPORT Staff recommends denial of the request. Clint Linscomb is asking to widen the driveway in front of his home at 2403 Liberty. Mr. Linscomb states that maneuvering in and out of the existing narrow drive, with multiple vehicles on a busy street, is difficult. He feels the additional parking space would relieve parking issues. The house is not listed in the SPARE Beaumont Survey. Exhibits are attached.
