SUBJECT: Request for a certificate of appropriateness to make a 12’ addition to the existing
garage apartments, to replace siding, to paint the main house and garage, and to widen the
driveway.

STAFF REPORT
Staff recommends approval.
Judith Rich is requesting a 12’ addition to the existing garage apartments at 2394
Angelina. Existing siding will be replaced with hardi-board using 4x8 sheets to match the main
house at 2394 Angelina. She would also like to replace the windows to match the existing style
and size. Ms. Rich asks to paint the main house and garage to match using the colors Eastlake
Gold (SW-0009) for the body and Classical White (SW-2829) for the trim and widen the front
driveway (not to exceed twenty (20) feet in width).
The house is not listed in the SPARE Beaumont Survey.
