FILE: CA-2884 STAFF REPORT Boyd Meier, Building Official, has applied for a certificate of demolition for the residential structure located at 2646 Harrison Avenue. Mr. Meier states that the structure was originally tagged on September 26, 2017. The re- inspection report from March 13, 2018 states that the structure has suffered extensive damage due to a cracked and lifting foundation. This damage has caused cracked walls and falling ceilings. A structural engineer's report states that the foundation is beyond repair. All damaged electrical and plumbing will also need to be replaced. Staff recommends a raze order. The property is not listed in SPARE. Exhibits are attached.
