Location: Corner of North Major Drive and Folsom Drive Applicant: Fittz & Shipman, Inc. 2) File 846-OB: Request to abandon utility easements along the east and west sides of West Commerce Parkway right-of-way and a drainage easement to the east. Location: Along the perimeter of the south 250’ of West Commerce Parkway and between West Commerce Parkway and Hillebrandt Bayou.
