Approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting and Joint Public Hearings held April 21, 2014.
REGULAR MEETING
1) Preliminary Replat of Lots 6-12 and a partial abandonment of West Commerce Parkway into
Lot 6A, Washington Boulevard Park: A Preliminary Replat of Lots 6-12 and a partial
abandonment of West Commerce Parkway into Lot 6A, Washington Boulevard Park.
Location: Corner of North Major Drive and Folsom Drive
Applicant: Fittz & Shipman, Inc.
2) File 846-OB: Request to abandon utility easements along the east and west sides of West
Commerce Parkway right-of-way and a drainage easement to the east.
Location: Along the perimeter of the south 250’ of West Commerce Parkway and between
West Commerce Parkway and Hillebrandt Bayou.
