Approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting and Joint Public Hearing held on April 18,
2016.
REGULAR MEETING
1) Replat - The Meadowlands, Block 4: Consider the Replat of The Meadowlands, Block 4
and a 0.319 acre tract of land into Lot 28, Block 4, The Meadowlands, Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas.
Applicant: Fittz & Shipman, Inc.

JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
1) File 2260-Z: Consider a request to rezone a 6.00 acre tract of land from R-S
(Residential - Single Family District) to GC-MD (General Commercial - Multiple Family
Dwelling District) or a more restrictive zoning district.
