Location: 6535 Durango Drive JOINT PUBLIC HEARING 1) File 2260-Z: Consider a request to rezone a 6.00 acre tract of land from R-S (Residential - Single Family District) to GC-MD (General Commercial - Multiple Family Dwelling District) or a more restrictive zoning district.
