� The Riverfront Park Bank Stabilization Project and the use of possible additional
funds (the cost difference between stabilizing the shoreline where it was pre -
storm and the cost of stabilizing it post -storm) for other projects
How agenda items and work session items are requested by Councilmembers to
be placed on a future Council agenda. Article III, Section 9 of the City Charter
states "The City Council shall determine its own rules and order of business."

1. Consider a request for a Rezoning of the rear portion of a commercial property
from RS (Residential Single -Family Dwelling) District to GC -MD -2 (General
Commercial -Multiple Family Dwelling -2) District located at 7380 Bythewood
Road
2. Consider a request for a Specific Use Permit to allow three RV's to be parked
temporarily, for disaster relief, in an R -MH (Residential Multiple Family
Dwelling -Highest Density) District located at 2350 North Major Drive
3. Consider a request for an Amended Specific Use Permit to allow the expansion of
a bar in a GC -MD (General Commercial -Multiple Family Dwelling) District
located at 6210 Phelan Boulevard
4. Consider a request for a Specific Use Permit to allow a sports bar in a GC -MD
(General Commercial —Multiple Family Dwelling) District located at 3430

5. Consider a request to abandon approximately 775 feet of the north end of Old

CONSENT AGENDA
Approval of minutes — October 22, 2019
Confirmation of board and commission member appointments
William "Bill" Sam would be appointed to the Police Department Community Advisory
Committee. The term would commence October 29, 2019 and expire September 30, 2021.

Kunwoo Choi would be appointed to the Library Commission The term would commence
October 29, 2019 and expire September 30, 2021. (Councilmember Randy Feldschau)
Bill Little would be appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission. The term would
commence October 29, 2019 and expire September 30, 2021. (Mayor Becky Ames)
Eddie Senigaur would be appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission. The term would
commence October 29, 2019 and expire September 30, 2021. (Mayor Becky Ames)
A) Approve a proposal submitted by Air Comfort, Inc. to replace the air-cooled chiller unit
at the Art Museum of Southeast Texas located at 500 Main Street
B) Approve a proposal submitted by Automated Logic to replace the HVAC control system
located at the Art Museum of Southeast Texas located at 500 Main Street
C) Approve the purchase of paint striping equipment for use in the Traffic Management
Division
D) Approve the purchase of two mowers and two heavy duty all -terrain vehicles for use in
various City Departments
E) Approve a Petition for Consent to Include Additional Land in Jefferson County Water
Control and Improvement District No. 10
