Consider a request for a Specific Use Permit to allow a beer and wine tasting room in a GC -MD (General Commercial- Multiple Family Dwelling) District located at 2590 Calder Avenue 2. Consider a request for a Specific Use Permit to allow an event center in a GC -MD (General Commercial- Multiple Family Dwelling -2) District located at 3255 North Major Drive 3. Consider a request to rename Cuniff Avenue to McKinley Avenue 4. Consider a resolution approving the write-off of uncollectible delinquent accounts 5.
