STAFF REPORT
Faust Engineering and Surveying, Inc. has requested approval of a Replat of Lots 4, 5 and 6 into
Lots 4A & 5A, Block 30, Calder Highlands Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas. The
division of the land is intended to develop two lots for residential use.
The location of the subject property is 2595 & 2615 West Lucas Drive.
The lots meet the minimum lot requirements for residential property.
The Planning Staff recommends approval of the request.

request that the plat be sent to the Planning Commission Chairman for their signature
and be filed with the County.

1) 2 Copies of said Replat (1 Signed for Filing)
2) CD containing a working CAD file and PDF of the replat.
3) Checks to cover applicable city and county fees.
