STAFF REPORT
Soutex Surveyors has requested approval of a Replat of Lot 2 into Lots 2A & 2B, James Acres,
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas. The division of the land is intended to develop two lots

The location of the subject property is 11299 & 11297 La Belle Road.
