SUBJECT: To consider a request for approval of a Replat of the south 1/2 of Lot 16 and all of
Lot 17 into Lots 16A, 16B, 17A & 17B, Unit "C", Tyrrell Park Addition,
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.
FILE: Replat - Tyrrell Park, Unit C, Lots 16 & 17
Mark W. Whiteley and Associates Incorporated has requested approval of a Replat of the south
1/z of Lot 16 and Lot 17, into Lots 16A, 16B, 17A & 17B, "Unit C," in the Tyrrell Park Addition,
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas. The intention for the division of this piece of land is to
create more lots for single-family homes.
The location of the subject property is 5485, 5505 and 5515 Phelps Road and 5520 Seale Road.
The Planning Staff recommends approval of the request.
