FILE: Preliminary Plat — West Chase Village, Section 10, Phase V STAFF REPORT Fittz & Shipman, Inc. has requested preliminary plat approval of West Chase Village, Section 10, Phase V. This property is located east of Major Drive, at the east end of Village Drive. The development is a 2.595 acre, seven (7) lot, single-family residential subdivision. All lots will access Village Court and right-of-way and pavement meet City Ordinance width requirements. Water and sanitary sewer will be provided by the City of Beaumont. The subdivision phase consists of 2.595 acres and will be developed as 7 single family lots for residential construction.
