RES 0 L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the area of Multimax presently occupied by the Babe Didrikson Zaharias
Memorial be, and the same is hereby, designated as Babe Didrikson Zaharias
Center, said property being described as a 5-1/2 acre tract of land out of
a 9.977 acre tract of land out of McFaddin Heights Addition in Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, all as described in the lease of said property
between the City of Beaiuwnt and the Babe Didrikson Zaharias Foundation, Inc.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day ofM�f�', 1976.
