RESOLUTION
W=EAS, the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation
has requested that the City of Beaumont accept for:maintenance the section
of FM 364 that extends from the intersection of FM 3120 and FM 364 north-
eastward to Highway 105; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has recommended that this
section of FM 364 be accepted for maintenance;
NOW, TFRUZEFORE, .BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY'OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the section of FM 364 hereinabove described is hereby accepted for
maintenance by the City of Beaumont and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to accept any Minute Order of the State Department of
Highways and Public Transportation tendered to the City of Beaumont for
the acceptance of the herein described road.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
