RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, a bid was received for the manufacture and installation
of a 2300 volt service feeder loop in�the main pump station of the
Water Production Department; and,
WHEREAS, Marine and Industrial Electric Service Ccupany submitted
the bid in the amount of Three Thousand Eight Hundred Eleven and No/100
($3,811.00) Dollars for the said service feeder loop for use:in the
Water Production Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Marine and Industrial Electric'Service Company is the onlybid and
should be accepted.;
NOW, THEREFORE,' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Marine and Industrial Electric Service Company in the
amount of $3,811.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the ap-
propriate City official is hereby authorized to make payment for said
2300 volt service feeder loop upon acceptable installation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the aQL�rJ
