RLUT ION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make final payment
on the following sanitary sewer contracts (WPC-TEX-975):
Contract II in the amount of ONE HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND
SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX AND 26/100 ($105,766.26)
DOLLARS,
Contract III -D in the amount of ONE HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED NINETEEN AND 70/100($108,519.70) DOLLARS,
Contract III -F in the amount of EIGHTY-TWO..THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED SEVENTY-ONE AND 02/100 ($82,271.02) DOLLARS,
Contract III -G in the amount of ONE HUNDRED '.TWENTY-NINE
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY-TWO AND 16/100 ($129,692.16)
DOLLARS,
Contract III -H in the amount of THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINETY-
SEVEN AND 42/100 ($38,097.42) DOLLARS,
Contract III -I in the amount of FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT AND 88/100 ($52,378.88) DOLLARS;
Said contracts have been completed and inspected by Schaumburg & Polk, Consulting
Engineers and the Water Utilities Department personnel, and it is recommended
that said projects be accepted.
