RE S'0 L U'T' I 0'N -
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and D & D Construction Com-
pany, Inc. executed a certain contract on the 28 day of January,.
1975, for Phase I of the Beaumont Municipal Airport Improvement
Project, at a total actual cost of $498,734.30; and,
WHEREAS, $53,185.97 remains unpaid on said contract based
on actual work performed; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of the Traffic and Transportation
Department and the FAA have inspected the work on the project and
have recommended its acceptance and final payment in the amount of
$53,185_97 to be made to the contractor.based on actual work per-
formed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the afore-
said contract in all particulars and does further authorize the final
payment of $53,185.97 to the said contractor.
