BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Community Development Department be, and it is 'hereby,'
authorized to retain M. L. Lefler, Jr. and Jack Aulbaugh to render
professional services to appraise certain properties needed for;the
Civic Center Complex, each appraiser to be paid customary appraising
fees not to exceed Four Thousand and No/100 ($4,000.00) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
