R E S O.L.0 T I O N
WHEREAS, the developer of Virginia Estates, Blocks B & C;
Virginia Estates, Blocks D & E; Manion Oaks, Unit 5; Manion Place,
Unit 7 which include the following:
Virginia Estates, Blocks B & C
Burgandy Place from the east line of Lot 11, Block
B to the west line of Lot 1, Block B.
Virginia Estates, Blocks D & E
Dauphine Place from the east line of Lot 11, Block
D to the west line of Lot 1, Block D.
Manion Oaks, Unit 5
Longwood Lane from the east line of Lot 2, Block 5
to the west line of Lot 7, Block 5.
Woodway Drive from the east line of Lot 2, Block 6
to the west line of Lot 9, Block 6.
Manion Place, Unit 7
Yorktown Lane from the south line of .Lot 12, Block
14 to the north line of Lot 12, Block 14.
Townhouse Lane from the east line of Lot 12, Block
14 to the west line of Lot 12, Block 14,
has completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement im-
provements serving said additions; and the developer of said additions
is desirous of having these improvements accepted and maintained by the
City; and,
WHEREAS, the Directors of Public Works and Water Utilities De-
partments recommend that said improvements qualify for acceptance for
permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that said
improvements should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement,limprovements
serving Virginia Estates, Blocks B & C; Virginia Estates, Blocks D & E;
Manion Oaks, Unit 5; and Manion Place, Unit 7, as above described, be,
and the same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be
continuously maintained by the said City.
