R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, Hinote Electric Company, Inc. desires to place a
four inch (4") conduit under North Street approximately four hun-
dred feet (400') from 14th Street; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that a permit
for this crossing should be granted to Hinote Electric Company, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
permit to Hinote Electric Company, Inc. to place a 4," conduit under
North Street approximately 400'.east from 14th Street to provide a
back-up or second electrical service to St. Elizabeth Hospital; and,
that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized to attest to
said permit and to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
