BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the firm of Orgain, Bell and Tucker be retained
to litigate the acquisition of 385 acres for sanitary landfill
site in accordance with the'letterattached to,this resolution,
which letter is made a part hereoflas fully and completely as
though copied verbatim herein.
PASSED BY -THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this

BE: Condemnation of 385 Acres for Expansion of Land Fill Operations

Dear Mr. Wall:
In line with our telephone conversation today, please be
advised that I will accept employment to 'represent the City of Beaumont
in this matter on the basis of an hourly charge of $ 75 per hour. With
respect to services performed by any junior associates the charge will
be adjusted accordingly.
I appreciate being offered the opportunity of working for
the City of Beaumont in this case.
