R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Acting City Manager, Howard McDaniel, be and he is hereby,
authorized to make application to the South East Texas Resource Con-
servation and Development Project for a development grant for River -
front Park, the funding for the project'to be through the United
States Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service, with
the possibility of the City being eligible for up to fifty per cent
(500) of the engineering and construction costs for the development.
