R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on October 1, 1974, the City of Beaumont, Texas, did
file with the County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas, certain lien
in the amount of $55.00, including costs of recording, covering Lots
1 $ 2, Block 1 of the J. B. Adams Addition to the City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, which said liens are recorded in th-e M $ L
Records of said County in Volume 1543, Page 316; and,
WHEREAS, on June 2, 1975, the City of Beaumont, Texas, did
file with the County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas, certain lien
in the amount of $55.00, including costs of recording, covering Lot
3, Block 6 of Pear Orchard Addition to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, which said liens are recorded in the M & L Records of
said County in Volume 1570, Page 437; and,
WHEREAS, on June 11, 1974, the City of Beaumont, Texas, did
file with the County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas, certain lien
in the amount of $58.64, including costs of recording, covering Lot
14_& West z of North"-, of Lot 153, Block "C", Tyrrell Park Addition tc
the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, which said liens are
recorded in the M & L Records of said County in Volume 1530, Page 287
and,
WHEREAS, on February 2, 1975, the City of Beaumont, Texas, di
file with the County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas, certain lien
in the amount of $55.00, including costs of recording, covering West
Z Block "C", Tyrrell Park Addition to the City
of North Z of Lot 15,
of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, which said liens are recorded
in the M $ L Records of said County in Volume 1555, Page 195; and,
WHEREAS, on May 31, 1973',.the City of Beaumont, Texas, did fi
with the County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas, certain lien in the
amount of $43.33, including costs of recording, covering West Z of
North 2 of Lot 15, Block "C", Tyrrell Park Addition to the City of
bbiliefferson County, Texas,--- which said liens are recorded in

the M & L Records of said County in Volume 1483, Page 331; and,
WHEREAS, Sam Luparello and wife, Katherine Luparello, M. L.
Lefler, Carl L. Griffith, Carl L. Griffith, and Carl L. Griffith,
respectively, are the owners of said above properties and desire to
pay to the City of Beaumont the monies represented by said lien and
have same released to them;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Ken Ritter, Mayor, be and he is hereby, authorized to execute
and deliver to the said above-mentioned persons a release of the
above described liens for and in consideration of the sums aforementined,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the City Clerk -is hereby
authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of the City of Beau-
mont thereto. '
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
