BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Acting City Manager, Howard McDaniel, be and he is hereby,
authorized to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Phelan Boule-
vard Revenue Sharing Project No. RS -T-11, such supplemental agreement
listing such changes as modifying the construction of the proposed
bridge crossing Hillebrandt Bayou,,changing the proposed pavement grades
on Dowlen Road at Lexington Drive, changing the type of construction pro-
posed for Prutzman Road West of Dowlen Road, changing the proposed drain-
age improvements on Kennedy Drive at Phelan Boulevard, and adding to the
construction of Prutzman Road between Dowlen Road and Calder Avenue, all
of these changes resulting in an additional cost in the net amount of the
contract of Forty -Two Thousand Five Hundred Twenty -One and,05/100
($42,521.05) Dollars, this additional amount to be shared by the City of
Beaumont and the property owners on this project; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to attest to said Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Phelan Boulevard
Revenue Sharing Project No. RS -T-11., and to affix the Seal of the City
of Beaumont thereto.
