Home My WebLink AboutRES 75 224WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the furnishing of 20,000 General Offense Report Forms. for use in the Police Department; and, WHEREAS; Data Graphic Business Forms, Inc. submitted an informal bid in the amount of One Thousand Three Hundred Thirty -Two and 40/100 ($1,332.40) Dollars for the 20,000 General Offense Report Forms for use in the Police Department; and, WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Data Graphic Business Forms, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and should be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the bid of Data Graphic Business Forms, Inc. in the amount of $1,332.40 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is hereby authorized to make payment for said 20,000 General Offense Report Forms upon acceptable delivery.
