BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
permit allowing Dresser P $ M Group Manufacturing Division to install,
maintain, operate, replace, or remove a two inch (29 compressed air
line under South Street approximately one hundred fifty feet (1501)-,
west from Third Street, in the city of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, according to the conditions as set forth in said permit.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
