BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager, Kenneth R. Devero, be and he is hereby, autho-
rized to execute an agreement on behalf of the City of Beaumont with
the developer of Gulf Terrace Addition for City participation in the
paving of Mapes Street and Shelby Avenue within the Gulf Terrace Addi-
tion, and at a total cost to the City including engineering of Fifty -
Two Thousand Two Hundred Ninety -Two and 17/100 ($52,292.17) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1975.
