BE IT RESOLVED BY`THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager, Kenneth R. Devero, be and he is hereby, autho-
rized. to sign an agreement with.United Texas Transmission Company which
provides for the use by the City of Beaumont of the surface of an ease-
ment in the vicinity of the City's Water Utilities Service Center, and
providing that the City of Beaumont will pay certain expenses associated
with the removal of pavement placed above the easement by the City of
Beaumont should the high pressure gas transmission line located in the
easement require repairs.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of ..... 1975.
