R E S 0 L U T IO N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a deed with-
out warranty conveying a certain tract of land out of the A. Williams
B Survey to Hosea Raspberry in exchange for the sum of Nine Hundred and
No/100 ($900.00) Dollars, which said property was acquired by the City
of Beaumont and the Beaumont Independent School District at a Sheriff's
Sale for delinquent taxes; and that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby,
authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of the City thereto.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
