BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a
contract with the Texas Highway Department for aerial photographic ser-
vices under the Intergovernmental 'Cooperation Act for a sum not to ex-
ceed $10,000, and that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to
said contract and to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
