WHEREAS, the developers of Forest Glen Addition, the same be-
ing Wynden Way from the East end of the existing street in Inwood Addi-
tion Southeastward 550 feet, have completed the water, sanitary sewer,
drainage and street improvements serving said addition; and the deve-
lopers of said addition are desirous of having these improvements ac-
cepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements
qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the City Council
is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and main-
tained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, drainage and street improvements serv-
ing Forest Glen Addition, as above described, be, and the same are
hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously
maintained by the said City.
