R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, only one bid was received for the furnishing of re-
pairwork and waterproofing of all masonry of the exterior walls on
the Building Maintenance building; and,
WHEREAS, Coatings Application & Waterproofing Company submitted
a bid in the amount of One Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty and No/100
($1,760.00) Dollars with eight (8) working days to complete the work
of repairing and waterproofing all masonry of the exterior walls on
the Building Maintenance building; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub -
mitred by Coatings Application & Waterproofing Company should be ac-
cepted;
NOW, THEREFORE,.BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Coatings Application & Waterproofing Company in the
amount of $1,760.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the
appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to make payment for
said repairwork and waterproofing of all masonry of the exterior
walls on the Building Maintenance building upon acceptable completion.
