BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to pay Rene'
Bates Auctioneers, Inc. the amount of Two Thousand Seven Hundred and
Seventy -Two and 25/100 ($2,772,25) Dollars, the same representing
ten (100) per cent of the proceeds of the auction of City equipment
held June 22, 1974.
