R E S O L U T 1''0 N
WHEREAS, the developer of Dowlen West Addition, Unit VIII,
which include Lots 16 through 30, Block 12; Lots 16 & 17, Block 13;
Lots 1 through 7, Block 14; Lots 1 through 31, Block 15; Lots 1 through
16, Block 16; Lots 1 through 4, Block 17 and Lots 1 $ 2, Block 18, and
dedicate Madrid Drive from one-half block west of Stacewood Drive to
one-half block west of Monterrey Drive; Westgate Drive from one-half
block west of Stacewood Drive to one-half block west of Monterrey
Drive; Brandywine Drive from the south lot line of Lot 17, Block 13
to Westgate Drive; and.Monterrey Drive from the south lot line of
Lot 1, Block 17 to Westgate Drive, have completed the street, drainage,
water line and sanitary sewer improvements serving said addition;
and the developers of said addition are desirous. of having these im-
provements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements
qualify for- acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the City Council
is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and main-
tained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the steet, drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer improvements
serving Dowlen West Addition, Unit VIII, as above described, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be
continuously maintained by the said City.
