A R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the proposed contract between the City of Beaumont
and C; A. Kohler, Consulting Engineer, for the survey of land to be
i
acquired for additional sanitary land fill site has been prepared
i
and approved by the Legal Office and the staff; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the execu-
tion of said contract is in the best interest of the City of
Beaumont and its citizenry; NOW, THEREFORE;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL,
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and has hereby, authorized to execute
said contract for and in behalf of the City of Beaumont; and the
City Clerk is authorized to attest said contract and to affix the
Seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this day of December, 1973.
