BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and lie is hereby authorized, to exe-
cute the necessary papers to apI ply to the appropriate State
agency for flood damage repairs, to the fresh water canal belong-
ing to the City of Beaumont, Texas.
